Return and Exchange policies | Otteroo Baby Floaties

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell. We are happy to refund or exchange any product within 60 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges). All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Items are to be returned at customer's expense and original shipping charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may apply depending upon condition of returned item. Proof of purchase is required. Please email us at hello@otteroo.com to initiate the process.

Some items may have received free shipping on the original delivery. For these items, the actual cost of shipping the original item to you may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning your otteroo because it is faulty or damaged in any way, we will gladly send you a replacement otteroo. We only request that you email us a photo of the defective otteroo and let us know what the problem is. As we are a new company, we are always striving to improve our product and customer feedback is very important to us.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement otteroo, we will gladly refund the cost of your otteroo back to you in your original form of payment.
